Mariakakis Fine Food & Wine

The shop is clean and offers an excellent selection of products from Greece and other Eastern European countries. Prices, however, feel somewhat inflated—even accounting for rising costs across the supply chain. Equally concerning, the owner comes across as unfriendly and could benefit from being more welcoming and engaging with customers. Despite these drawbacks, it remains a worthwhile stop for picking up certain specialty items from time to time.

Great selection of products from Greece and nearby countries

I shop here for their gyro meat. The store is always clean and well organized. The cashier is always friendly and answers my questions. I often find something new to try after browsing the aisles. Prices are reasonable for a specialty food store.

A lovely store and one of my favorite store owners. Great stuff from around the world, obviously centered on Greece (yay). Have bought stuff from them for over 30 years, still prefer to give them my money than ordering over the internet. I hope they'll reopen if that is what is best, and the moment they do I'll be there to restock.

We have loved this store for 40 years! The selection is great, the owner kind and the shopping is always a pleasure! We are sorry to know of the flood damage by Chantal. Hope you are able to reopen.
